About
A personal consultancy, born from a house of my own
byQuaresma began with a single old house — mine. Room by room, decision by decision, I learned what it truly takes to bring a tired building back to life: patience, clear priorities, and someone holding the whole picture together.
For more than twenty years I worked in corporate strategy, turning complexity into decisions people could act on. Today I apply that same discipline to homes — planning, sequencing, budgeting logic, and the hundreds of small choices that decide whether a renovation feels calm or chaotic.
This is not a design studio. It is a person who walks the whole way with you.
My role is advisory and project leadership. I bridge you, your architect and your builder — you contract and pay each professional directly, while I guide the vision, keep decisions coherent and oversee execution from first idea to final detail.
